Ethio Agri-CEFT, one of the largest private players in the agricultural and agro-processing industries in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, established in January 1, 1998 under MIDROC Ethiopia Investment Group Company engaged in the production and processing of various agricultural crops. Throughout its nine farms located across the country and its processing center located in the capital the Company has continued to play an important role in realizing the investment group's developmental goals., the Company plays an important role in realizing the investment group's developmental goals.
Mission
To engage in a sustainable production, marketing and development of environmentally friendly farms of cereals, tea, coffee, legumes, cut flowers, horticultural products, herbs, spices and medicinal plants, and integrated agro-processed products.
Vision
To become one of the best quality branded grower and processor of cereals, tea, coffee, legumes, cut flowers, horticultural products, herbs, spices and medicinal plants, and agro processed products in the world with environmentally sustainable production systems.

Manpower
Ethio Agri - CEFT, at both the head office in Addis Ababa and in the farms located in the different Regions of Ethiopia, has so far created job opportunities for 14,822 citizens out of which 2,282 are permanent, 247 are contract and 12,291 are casual workers.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Because the company is one firmly rooted in and for Africa and because our social commitments part of value and mission fabric, we have since our founding been a major actor in addressing developmental challenges in the many communities we call home. We do not feel burdened by these challenges and do not assume them to be for the other to solve. The Company has built kindergartens, primary and junior secondary school, with the necessary facilities equipped in the farms in which the childrenof the employees as well as the surrounding community are beneficiaries. The Company has completed and continues to support a number of projects across the regional states that its farms are currently located in. These projects, which are community focused, have brought access to basic services such as water, roads, education and healthcare to communities that are in an around the farms.
Marketing
Ethio Agri - CEFT exports washed and sun dried coffee, black tea, roses and vegetables to international markets. Locally, Ethio Agri – CEFT is engaged in selling:- Different brands of black tea and herbal tea.
Cereals like maize, pepper and pulses.
Roses for local hotels and flower shops.
Honey & Spices.
Medicinal Plants & Essential Oils.
